Summary

Join Exponential Technology as a Business Analyst supporting Marketing, Go-to-Market strategy, Sales operations, and day-to-day business operations. This is a versatile, high-impact role for a sharp, organized individual who wants to learn every dimension of a fast-moving data technology startup. You will work directly with ETI leadership to execute marketing campaigns, build sales collateral, support client outreach, analyze operational data, and keep the business running smoothly. No prior deep technical or financial experience is required — what matters is high marks, intellectual curiosity, and a relentless willingness to learn. You will use Agentic AI tools daily to punch far above your weight class.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Support the design and execution of marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, content marketing, and other channels.
  • Create and maintain sales collateral: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, competitive comparisons, and product overviews.
  • Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to inform go-to-market strategy and positioning.
  • Manage and optimize CRM workflows, lead tracking, and sales pipeline reporting.
  • Draft and edit client-facing communications: outreach emails, follow-ups, proposals, and responses to inbound inquiries.
  • Assist with event planning, webinar coordination, and conference logistics.
  • Track and report on marketing and sales performance metrics — conversion rates, pipeline velocity, campaign ROI.
  • Support operational tasks: vendor coordination, internal documentation, process improvement, and cross-functional project management.
  • Maintain and organize the firm's knowledge base, templates, and standard operating procedures.

AI and Automation Responsibilities

  • Use Agentic AI platforms to automate content creation, email sequencing, SEO optimization, and campaign orchestration.
  • Leverage AI tools for prospect research, lead scoring, and personalized outreach at scale.
  • Create AI-assisted content (blog posts, social media, email sequences) with human editorial oversight.
  • Implement AI-powered analytics for campaign performance measurement and optimization.
  • Use LLM-based tools for market research, competitive analysis, and report generation.
  • Stay current with AI marketing and sales tools and recommend new adoptions to increase team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (required) in any discipline. High academic marks demonstrating intellectual rigor and work ethic.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — clear, professional, and adaptable to different audiences.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Genuine intellectual curiosity and a demonstrated willingness to learn new domains, tools, and skills rapidly.
  • Basic proficiency with productivity and design tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, or similar).
  • Comfort with data: able to work with spreadsheets, basic analytics, and reporting dashboards.
  • Proficiency with Agentic AI platforms and LLM-based tools — if you are not already using AI tools daily, this role is not for you.
  • Interest in financial markets and data technology.
